Tiger is most dangerous when is wo...men .

Italian director, Hungarian main actress, pretty bad English (undubbed).

Filmed in Shanghai mostly, and some shots of city are best part of this 'creation'.

Story doesn't deserve any attention: it is just stolen from some other, higher grade movies (this should be some D-grade).

So, we have attractive female assassin, another attractive female, some love, some sex/nudity, some twist, shooting and extremely miserable fight scenes - because main actress has no clue about kung fu, all scenes were cut to milliseconds and shot from very close - to see only hand (leg) and target of punch - pih...

End is as original as whole movie: happy end at pool under bright sun :-)

This is the first movie of 3 spectacular beauties(Monti,Angely,Cranz) who live as models and high society women,but secretly they are secret agents known as Las Tigresas and resolve international conflicts and cases.The 3 live together with his housekeeper(Ochoa)who suppose have the comic parts of the movie(but she never makes you laugh)in this James Bond style movie of international terrorists and crime gangs and high technology gadgets.Even when this movie have many mistakes like the 3 women are very popular because one is model another is a a go go singer and dancer and the last one is a society woman,the secret identity starts when the 3 wear a extremely tight black suit(like Julie Newmar's costume of Catwoman,but without the mask)and use weapons but everybody looks the face of the 3.This movie was so popular at the point to made a second movie of these,but even when the movie entertains you and the 3 stars look great in black costumes,you start to tied of spies wannabe low budget movies.

Outstanding commedy

I watched this top one percent movie in a cinema tonight. This nice movie has got all necessary features that are required:nice humor, dinamic action, nice and beautiful girls. You will have an excellent time from the beginning till the very end of this movie. What is very important for non-Croatian viewers, is the fact that You are dealing with typical Croatian humor of the Dalmatian-Adriatic coast.

Not bad

Regardless of how much i rated this movie, it is not really bad. i watched on TV, although i couldn't find any comment here and was having a 2nd thought to finish it, but i got hooked to to it. It is not a bad movie, it has some talent (direction wise), the characters are some how simple so the acting was fair enough. Santini tried to use some direction tricks, which somehow reminded me of "Natural Born Killers" and it seemed relevant to me, although sometimes they didn't fit. Overall, it shows Santini's talent to make movies "maybe of Guy Ritchi's school". The story is almost nothing, but at some point i felt like what's gonna happen. Don't expect so much of this, but if it happened you have a chance to watch this movie, then go ahead. You still can make a cup of tea or a sandwich while the movie is showing.

A watchable movie, theme is familiar and style of acting very much expected

Story line is the one thats has been hackneyed in the Hindi films, it is a theme that has been utilised in so many films that it is losing appeal to me, and I am certain there are others like me among the the audiences of Hindi films. Patekar is a great actor, but this particular role has been done in a style that is getting to be monotonous. To me it seems that Patekar, will never be a versatile actor, or character actor. In an idustry where typecasting is more of a norm than exception, Mr Patekar has got oi a groove he will never be able to get out of. I still enjoyed the movie the first time. There is an energy in the movie, Patekar's intensity can always generate excitement, the 2nd time,it dint do anything for me. The third time, it was "yeah!yeah! What else is new!" And I changed the Channel. For comparison, I have seen The Khakee a few times, even now if I spent a few minutes with it I watch it till the end.

What on Earth did you expect?

It blows my mind how people can generally slate movies like this...

If you rent or buy a movie with the title "King Kung Fu" that should be a good implication that this movie shouldn't be taken seriously.

I mean, you're going to watch a film about a Gorilla who knows Kung Fu, you should know by now that it's hardly gonna be Oscar nominated material.

Films like these should be praised not knocked. It's a no nonsense approach to the consumer, it lets you know exactly what the films about straight from the title.

This is one of those films that.. say you're lying in bed, late at night, watching TV, channel flicking and you came across this movie, you'd sit though it and maybe fall for its charms of being absolutely daft.

Believe me, I've seen a lot worse than "King Kung Fu" and would pick this movie ahead of some of the over budgeted movies we see today and have in recent years.

If it wasn't for films like "King Kung Fu" our memory's of B-movie nostalgia would not exist.

So...

Long Live Nostalgia!

AWESOMEness for everyone!

I think this movie is a testament, that all blockbusters should strive for: having the perfect balance of action, drama, and comedy. From the awesomely choreographed fight sequences to the laugh-out-loud comedic moments, it truly has something for everyone.

Like someone else has said, there is nothing bad to say at all about this movie. It's one of those fun movies that my family and I like to call "DVD Purchase-worthy," not in the sense of skipping the theater and just waiting for it to come on DVD to watch, but rather an awesome movie we watch in the theater that we'd want to see again and again.

Jackie Chan's continued natural ability for humor and Jet Li's soft-spoken attitude, compliment each other well, like Ying-Yang, culminating in their first on-screen appearance together, that does not disappoint! And Michael Angarano continues to have a knack for picking fun movies to be a part of (first he gets to fly in Sky High and now he gets to learn Kung Fu..how awesome is that!?!) and I see the dude becoming one great up and coming actor!

AWESOME movie! A Friday night well-spent!!

One of the best ever South African movies

It is hard to believe that this movie is not available on either Video or DVD. One can only hope that somebody will find the 35mm film and convert this classic to DVD. Joe Stewardson delivers a magnificent performance as the father who by driving his family to win at all cost drives them away from him. I saw the movie 25-30 years ago but it has left such an impact on me that I'll never forget it, specially the scene where Will Maddox is running the marathon to the music and words of "My Way". There was a follow-up movie, Winners 2, but sadly as with most follow-up movies it was more of the same, trying to milk a success but didn't quiet make it. Interesting trivia about the Winners 2 is that Joe Stewardson's real son, Deon, played his son in the movie.

quite watchable, but the teaching & learning processes were too simplified

i don't want to write one more review other than quote&unquote the only review from amazon.com. i've tried to find this film in 2012 releases but could never find anything until i googled it and found the following very more than enough good review.

you're all missing the point

Carpenter's films tend to age like fine wine. When they're released, they're lamblasted by critics and fans. Ten years later, they're classics; for instance, "The Thing", "Big Trouble in Little China", "They Live", "Prince of Darkness" -- and "Ghost of Mars" is no exception. This is a tremendously entertaining film that shouldn't be viewed as a horror film, but rather, as a tongue-in-cheek western, in the vain of the Spaghetti Westerns. You all have to pull your heads out and watch this film again...in about nine years. I'll bet you'll say, "You know what, that was a hell of a lot of fun." In the meantime, get off Carpenter's ass.

My Tapped Out Experience

This turned out to be a surprisingly cool film. I thought the casting of the film was very interesting. Cliffton Powell was his usual self. (Good)! Even though he was only in the film a hot second. Surprisingly I thought Georgio and Ty Jones were pretty good as well. Even though the budget on the film was obviously small. I thought it look a lot bigger than it was. The sex scenes were a bit much for my taste but I guess thats the mind set of men! Ha Ha! It was good to see Kelly Jo Minter. She always comes off like a real round the way girl. I really liked the sound track. Anyway I give this indie film a B. I wonder what Mr. Georgio Allentini will do next?

Lawrence Tierney Film

Always enjoyed seeing Lawrence Tierney in the film, "Dillinger" and how evil he looked and cold blooded as he portrayed John Dillinger. In this film, Tierney plays the role as Ivan Yates who is involved in trying to secure a computer chip which involves nuclear power and he is constantly having people killed who get in his way. Ivan has problems with breathing and needs oxygen whenever he gets upset or has an attack and he also manages to have very sexy young women around him at all times. I must mention the fact that Ivan is carrying around a great deal of weight and he is completely bald and ugly. Lawrence Tierney played these types of roles because he really was a man who grew up in New York City and grew up with rough and tough kids. When Lawrence Tierney's career was at an end in the 1960's I use to see him in a local bar on Broadway wearing a hard hat after working in construction. In this film, Tierney was 72 years of age and did an outstanding job as the star of this picture. Enjoy.

A very neat and enjoyable sci-fi/action/Western hybrid winner

The time: The bleak near future. The place: The desolate town of Hartford City. Noble lawman Jack Holt (the solid Frank Stewart) gets killed by several goons who work for Hawk (a perfectly sinister Loren Blackwell), an evil insurance company mogul who governs over the burg with an iron fist. Jack's easygoing musician brother Wade (excellently played by the amiable Daniel Chapman) tries to avenge his death, but gets arrested and spends five years in jail. After he gets sprung from prison, Wade returns to Hardford City to settle the score with Hawk. He's assisted by gutsy gal pal Annie Northbride (a nice'n'sexy turn by fetching blonde looker Ruth Collins) and loyal former cellmate Bunky (a wonderfully engaging portrayal by John Scott). Director Tom Garrett, working from a clever and inspired script by John McLaughlin (said script mixes elements from the action, Western, and science fiction genres into a pretty tasty and imaginative synthesis), makes the most out of a limited budget: he stages the thrilling action set pieces with considerable flair, maintains a steady pace throughout, and, most of all, does an expert job of crafting a funky, hazy, impressively hip style which oozes 50's type rockabilly cool from every snazzy frame. This film further benefits from fine acting by an appealing cast: Chapman does well as the supremely likable reluctant hero, British novelist and former "Fangoria" magazine film journalist Philip Nutman almost steals the whole show with his spot-on performance as Hawk's mean, gum-chewing right-hand man Tough, and Karen Rizzo makes a favorable impression as friendly bar owner Star. Adam Goldfine's crisp cinematography gives the picture an attractively polished look. Chapman's twangy, harmonic countryish score also hits the tuneful spot (Chapman even wrote and sings a few tuneful songs that are featured on the soundtrack). 80's splatterpunk horror writers John Skipp and Craig Spector briefly pop up as a couple of -- what else? -- splatterpunks. Offbeat and original, this quirky little number sizes up as a highly worthwhile and unjustly neglected sleeper.
